How long does it take to produce a set of custom forged wheels?

Each set is built to order. Production usually takes 7-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of finish and size.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Every VASL build starts with your vision — after your order is placed, our team will draft a custom engineering drawing for your approval.

You can request adjustments before you sign off on the final design.

Please note: changes to thefinish, size, or switching between 1-piece and 2-piece constructionmay require additional fees, as new tooling or machining may be involved.

Do you keep forged wheels in stock?

Since all our wheels are fully custom-forged,we don’t keep pre-made stock. Every set is built specifically for your car’s fitment and design preference.

Where are your wheels manufactured?

VASL Performance is based in Los Angeles and serves customers across the U.S. through online consultation, direct fitment support, and custom-order production.

Our custom forged wheels are produced through our long-term manufacturing partner in Taiwan, where we work with a mature supply chain for forged wheel production, CNC machining, finishing, and quality control.

Every order is reviewed before production. Our team confirms the vehicle model, brake setup, sizing, offset direction, finish, and design details before the wheels are made. Each set is custom built around the customer’s exact vehicle — not pulled from shelf inventory.

While most VASL orders are currently handled online, we are also building our dealer network across the U.S. This allows customers who prefer local support to connect with trusted partners for consultation, display, fitment assistance, and installation support.

For us, the goal is simple: combine U.S.-based customer support, proven forged manufacturing, and local dealer access to deliver a better custom wheel experience.

Are your wheels the same quality as U.S.-made forged wheels?

Absolutely. Every VASL wheel is engineered in-house and manufactured to meet the same strict performance and safety standards as top U.S.-made forged wheels.

We partner with a state-of-the-art forging facility that uses aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, 10,000-ton forging presses, and precision CNC machining. Each wheel undergoes rigorous quality control, balancing, and finishing checks before leaving the factory.

What matters most isn’t the country of origin — it’s the engineering, materials, and inspection process that ensures your wheels deliver perfect fitment, strength, and finish for your Corvette.

Do you offer custom finishes or personalized engraving?

Yes! You can choose any finish, color, or engraving — from brushed silver to candy chrome

Are the forged wheels tested before shipping?

Yes. Every wheel goes through load, balance, and finish inspection before packaging to ensure perfect fitment and performance.

Are your carbon fiber kits real carbon or overlay?

All our kits use 100% pre-preg dry carbon fiber, not overlays or fiberglass imitation.

Can I order individual parts instead of the full kit?

Yes, you can order individual pieces such as front splitters, side skirts, or rear diffusers separately.

What happens if my carbon part gets damaged during shipping?

We use foam-protected reinforced packaging and insure all shipments. If anything happens, we’ll replace the part immediately at no cost.

Can I return custom wheels?

Because every VASL wheel is fully custom-forged to your specifications, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. Exceptions are made only for verified manufacturing defects.

Can I return my Carbon Fiber Kit?

Because all VASL carbon fiber kits are made-to-order based on your specifications, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Exceptions are made only in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

All products are carefully inspected before shipping, and our support team will assist immediately if any damage occurs during transit.

What warranty do you provide?

Custom Forged Wheels:

→ VASL custom forged wheels come with a 3-year structural warranty, covering any defects in material or craftsmanship under normal vehicle use.

Note: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only to wheels installed on the vehicle according to standard specifications.

Carbon Fiber Kits:

→ All VASL carbon fiber kits carry a 1-year warranty, limited to manufacturing defects only.

This warranty does not cover second-hand purchases.

This warranty does not apply if the product(s) are affected by:

Improper handling or installation
General wear and tear
Breakages, scuffs, scratches, or damage caused by external impacts
Improper care or maintenance

Note: We recommend professional installation and following VASL care instructions to ensure full warranty coverage.

What if my product arrives damaged?

All orders are shipped withreinforced protective packagingand insured.

If your wheel or carbon fiber kit arrivesdamaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We willfile a claim with the carrier and replace or remake the affected partat no additional cost.

Do you provide installation services?

No, VASL does not provide installation services. Our products are engineered for professional installation, and we recommend working with a certified installer or performance shop to ensure proper fit and safety.

How can I ensure my wheels fit my Corvette?

All VASL custom forged wheels are designed based on your vehicle’s specifications. We generate engineering drawings for your approval before production. This ensures precise diameter, width, offset, and bolt pattern for your specific Corvette model.

How can I ensure my carbon fiber kit fits my Corvette?

VASL carbon fiber kits are made-to-measure for your vehicle. Each kit is designed using 3D measurements or reference templates to guarantee proper alignment with your Corvette’s body panels. Minor adjustments during installation may still be required by a professional installer.

What if the wheels or kit don’t fit as expected?

Because every product is custom-designed and pre-approved, fitment issues are extremely rare. If a manufacturing defect or mismatch occurs, contact us immediately — we will review the design and provide a solution, which may include replacement or modification at our cost.

Can I change the size, offset, or design after approval?

Once the engineering drawings are approved, any modifications to wheel diameter, width, offset, or carbon fiber kit dimensions may incur additional fees. This ensures the final product remains precise and structurally safe.
