Return & Refund Policy

At VASL Performance, all products are fully custom-made to order based on each customer’s selected specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.

Made-to-Order & Final Sale

All VASL wheels are produced specifically according to the customer’s order and specifications.
For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once production has begun.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is immediately scheduled for production. Please ensure all specifications (including size, finish, fitment, and vehicle details) are reviewed and approved before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives with manufacturing defects

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • The product delivered does not match the confirmed order specifications

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and documentation for review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect specifications provided by the customer

  • Normal variations in finish or color due to custom production

  • Installation issues or damage caused after delivery

Resolution Process

If an eligible issue is confirmed, VASL may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the affected component

  • Offer an appropriate resolution based on the situation

Refunds will only be issued if replacement or repair is not feasible.
