All products currently listed on the VASL website are made-to-order.
The standard production lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks.

Please note that production timelines may vary depending on the specific customization requirements selected by the customer. More complex specifications may require additional production time.

Our team will keep you informed if any adjustments to the estimated timeline are required.

Shipping Time

  • U.S. domestic orders: Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days, depending on location and carrier.

  • International orders: Shipping times vary by destination and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight services, depending on the size and destination of the order.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. VASL is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vaslperformance.com, including photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
