• Customers must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.

  Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Upon receipt of the returned product, VASL Performance will inspect the item to verify its condition. If the product is deemed non-defective or non-returnable, the buyer will be responsible for any incurred costs.

  All returns must be shipped prepaid. Any packages sent collect on delivery (COD) will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.

Manufacturing Time:

All VASL Performance carbon fiber kits are handcrafted in-house using precision manufacturing processes.
Most carbon fiber kits products require approximately 15 business days for production before shipping.

We strive to provide accurate ETAs, but due to the custom nature of performance-grade components, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Damage Policy

All products are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, occasional incidents may occur.
Upon delivery, buyers must inspect all packages and contents immediately before signing for the shipment.

If you notice any damage or irregularities (such as crushed, punctured, or torn boxes), please:
1. Do not accept the shipment, or
2. Clearly note all visible damages on the freight bill in the driver’s presence.

Accepting the shipment without notation releases both the shipping carrier and VASL Performance from further damage claims.

All damage claims must be reported to both the carrier and VASL Performance within 24 hours of delivery.
