Shipping Damage Policy

Inspect all packages and contents before signing for delivery. If damage or irregularities are visible, refuse the shipment or clearly note the damage on the freight bill in the driver’s presence. Damage claims must be reported to both the carrier and VASL Performance within 24 hours of delivery.
