Shipping Damage Policy

All products are carefully packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, occasional incidents may occur.
Upon delivery, buyers must inspect all packages and contents immediately before signing for the shipment.

If you notice any damage or irregularities (such as crushed, punctured, or torn boxes), please:
1. Do not accept the shipment, or
2. Clearly note all visible damages on the freight bill in the driver’s presence.

Accepting the shipment without notation releases both the shipping carrier and VASL Performance from further damage claims.

All damage claims must be reported to both the carrier and VASL Performance within 24 hours of delivery.
